Obituary
Justine Felty, 83, of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, Passed away Sept. 3, 2016 at her residence. She was born in Greenup County, Kentucky, Oct. 16, 1932, a daughter of the late Howard Fetters and Lula Mae Traylor Fetters.
Preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Crawford, Ruby Ensor and Evelyn Fetters, one brother, Willie "Snook" Fetters.
Surviving are one son, Jeffrey (Mary) Felty of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, one daughter, Penny Felty of Lloyd, Kentucky, two grandchildren, Jennifer (Scott) Spriggs, Dylan Felty, two great-grandchildren, Emma Spriggs and Lexi Spriggs.
Graveside services will be held at 2 P.M. Thursday, Sept. 8, 2016 at MT. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Kenneth Fox, officiating.
