Judy Grooms, 53 of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Feb. 2, 2023 in the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in Portsmouth, May 6, 1969, a daughter of the late Melvin Ray Blair and Ruth McWilliams Blair.

Preceded in death by one brother, Marvin Blair, one sister, Karen Blair.

Surviving are her husband, Roy Grooms, two sisters, Ruth Ellis Blair of Portsmouth, Peggy Blair of McDermott and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2023 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Kenneth W. Potter, officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. till the service hour at 1 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
