Joseph M. Moore, aka "Joey Blackheart", 36, of Columbus, Ohio, a former resident of South Shore, Kentucky, passed away July 9, 2014 in Columbus, Ohio. He was born May 1, 1978 in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of Lenard Moore Jr and Ernestine Clark Moore, and employee for SEIU, Columbus, Ohio, played lead guitar in the band "The Girls" in Columbus, Ohio. Joey attended South Portsmouth Elementary, McKell Middle School and graduated from Greenup County High School, 1996. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Garfield Clark and Euradail Morman. Surviving are his wife, Christy Chaffin Moore of Columbus, Ohio, parents, Lenard and Ernestine Moore of South Shore, Kentucky, one brother, Rob "Sharon" Moore of South Shore, Kentucky, one niece, Kaylen Moore of South Shore, Kentucky, grandparents, Lenard Moore Sr and Jane Moore of South Shore, Kentucky and his best pal, Dink the cat. Funeral services will be held 8 P.M., Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at the South Shore Old Regular Baptist Church, 721 Main Street, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Church from 6 P.M. till the funeral hour at 8 P.M. on Tuesday. Roberson Funeral Home in South shore, Kentucky are in charge of arrangements.
