Mr. John Perkins, a resident of Eufaula, Alabama passed away Thursday, March 5, 2022, at his residence. He was 81 years old.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. at Roberson Funeral Home- 400 Main St. South Shore, Kentucky 41175. A visitation will be held from 10:00-12:00 prior to the service.

John was born October 17, 1940, in Kentucky the son of the late Lee Perkins and Ethel Burgett Perkins. He loved camping and tinkering on his cars. John was known as a very hard-working man. He loved his family and his dogs. John owned and operated John Perkins Used Cars in Eufaula, Alabama.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Denny Perkins, Frank Perkins, and JB Perkins; one sister, Hazel Reed.

Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 20 years, Mary Evelyn Miolen Perkins; brother, Emerson Perkins, two sisters, Dorothy Wells (Larry), Susie Perkins; sister-in-law, Denise Miolen; brother-in-law, Ritchie Miolen; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
