Joe Justice JR., 82, formerly of the Indian Lake, Ohio area, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025, at his residence in South Shore, Kentucky. He was born in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, on October 14, 1942, a son of the late Joe Justice and Elizabeth (Brown) Williamson.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Linda Ann (Moore) Justice, who passed away in 2018, as well as his daughter, Angie M. Justice, and his son, Jody W. Justice. He is also preceded in death by three brothers: Willis, Harold, and Everett, and five sisters: Pauline, Wilma, Mildred, Jaunita, and Jettie.

Surviving are his daughter Karen (Fred) Caskey of Mendon, Ohio; two granddaughters, Melisa (Nikki) N. LaDow of Celina, Ohio, and Ashley J. Allen of Degraff, Ohio; five great-grandchildren: Annabelle Bingham, William Bingham, Zaiden Mallow, Kailyx LaDow, and Lyndee LaDow; and a special nephew, Ival (Wanda) Justice of Urbana, Ohio.

As requested by Joe, private services will be held at a later date. Mr. Justice is under the care of the Roberson Funeral in South Shore, Kentucky.
