Jennifer (Buffy) Watkins, 48 of Ashland, Kentucky passed away July 11, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Ironton, Ohio, March 8, 1972, a daughter of Betty Lou Boggs and the late Gary P. Bates.

Preceded in death besides her parents are one sister, Johnda Boggs.

Surviving besides her mother are her husband, Roger Watkins of Louisa, Kentucky, one daughter, Megan (Christopher) Ratliff of Lexington, KY, two sons, Frank Watkins and Robert Watkins both of Castle Rock, CO, step children, Roger Dale Watkins of Rush, KY and Kristy Watkins of Lexington, KY, one sister, Carla Bates of Ashland, KY, one grandson, Matthew Ratliff and her furry companion, Cookie and a host of family and friends.

Memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, July 17, 2020 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the service hour at 2:30.
