Jeffery Allen Williams, 45, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Oct. 26, 2015 in Portsmouth, He was born April 9, 1970, a son of Carol Kelley Stump and the late Robert Williams.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky are in charge of arrangements.
