Obituary
Jean Powers, 64, of South Shore, Kentucky, passed away June 13, 2014in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio, she was born July 10, 1949 in Harlan, Kentucky, a daughter of the late David Hollins and Martha Gross.
Preceded in death by two sisters, Phyllis Hollins and Matha Hollins.
Surviving are her husband, Jim Powers, two daughters, Laura "Noel" Tarr, Crystal "Alex" Bautista, one son, Jimmy Powers all of South Shore, Kentucky, seven grandchildren, one sister, Francine Ferguson of Portsmouth, Ohio.
Funeral Services 1 P.M. Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at the St. Paul Church of Christ in St. Paul, Kentucky with Evangelist, Kevin Yeager, officiating. Burial will follow in Collier Memorial Gardens, South Portsmouth, Kentucky. Friends may call at the St Paul Church of Christ from 11 A.M. till the Funeral hour on Tuesday.
Roberson Funeral Home in South shore, Kentucky are in charge of arrangements.
