Jasper Stapleton, Jr. (Junior), 88 of Bellville, Ohio accepted his heavenly reward on November 3rd, 2022.

Junior was born to Jasper and Stella Marie (Porter) Stapleton in Dobbins, Kentucky; November 10th, 1933.

He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War, loved deer hunting, gardening and The Lord with all his heart. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great grandfather.

He was the last living survivor of his family, being preceded in death by his mother and his father, his daughter Mary Marlene Dean-Rose; and daughter-in-law Lorrie Ann (Lewis) Stapleton, six brothers and five sisters; Freda, Earl, Arlie, Vernon, Frankie, Luther, Harold, Beulah, Lonnie (Forrest), Beatrice and Pauline.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 66 years Gladys "Lucille" (Brown) Stapleton, his children; Alice Ann Carter, Junior Dale Stapleton, Terri Sue Stapleton, Clarence Earl (Jodi) Stapleton and Harold Delane Stapleton; 15 Grandchildren, 20 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Granddaughter; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at The Roberson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Collier Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., Tuesday at the funeral home.
