James D. "Jimmy" Hannah, 60, of Greenup, KY., passed away Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH. He was born November 26, 1964, in Portsmouth, OH., a son of Elaine Hunt Hannah and the late James B. Hannah.

Along with his father, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Morgan Hannah.

Jimmy worked at Columbia Gas of Ohio as a Field Technician; on his time off, he loved to deer hunt and spend time with his family and friends.

Along with his mother, left behind to cherish his memory, is his wife of 28 years, Stephanie Dietrich Hannah; one daughter, Kaitlyn Hannah of Greenup, KY; one sister, Kim (Danny) Goodman of Harrison, OH.; and several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Chris Fannin officiating. Burial will follow at MT Zion Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be on Wednesday at the funeral from 12 P.M. until the funeral hour.
