Inez Stone Greenslate, 91, of South Shore, KY., passed away October 1, 2024 at Ashland Community Hospice. She was born November 20, 1932 in Greenup County, KY., a daughter of the late Ellis and Flora Aldridge Stone.

Inez is survived by her son, Robert W. Greenslate JR., (Katherine) and daughter, Connie (Ron) Lewis; grandchildren, Michael R. (Jessica), Brandon J. (Michele), Michael D. (Nancy), Miranda (Jay) Harris, Aimee (Jamie) Carpenter; great-grandchildren, Colby, McKayla, Hunter, Jace, Alex, Emily, Andrew, Branden, Jacie, Uriah, Tytus, Bellamee; great-great-grandchildren, Thorin, Colsen and Brenlee. She is also survived by many other treasured family members and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Greenslate Sr., whom she married in 1948; four brothers, three sisters, and great-granddaughter Peyton.

She was a member of Sunshine Community Church.

Her selflessness is shown through donating her body to the University of Kentucky Medical School.
