Obituary
Hazel D. VanBibber, 86, of Columbus, Ohio, peacefully passed away Dec. 22, 2016 in West Park Rehab Center. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, Oct. 2, 1930, a daughter of the late Henry Darnell and Neva Bailey Darnell, a member of Load Christian Baptist Church, Radiance Chapter of Eastern Star 427 and Greenup County Extension Office.
Preceded in death by her husband, Clyde VanBibber, one granddaughter, Rachel Hall two brothers, John Darnell and Raymond Darnell.
Surviving are two daughters, Beth Carman of Grove City, Ohio, Susie Hall of Greenup, Kentucky, two sons, David Quillen and Steve VanBibber both of Greenup, Kentucky, one sister, Carolyn Malik of Chico, California, eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and family.
Graveside services will be held 1 P.M. Monday, Dec. 26, 2016 at the Brickunion Cemetery, Greenup, Kentucky with Rev. Robbie Bond, officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice, OhioHealth, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43214
