Harold Lee Allard, 68, of South Shore, KY., passed away Thursday, November 19, 2015 in the VA Medical Center in Chillicothe, OH. He was born January 17, 1947 in Portsmouth, OH a son of the late Robert Allard and Anna June French Allard. Harold was a retired operator for North American Refractories in South Shore, KY., a Army Vietnam War Veteran, and a member of the Kings Addition Baptist Church. Besides his parents Harold was preceded in death by his wife Eva Christine Lybrook Allard and one sister Rebecca Allard. Surviving are his two sons Robert Allard of Piketon, OH., Christopher Allard of Sidney, OH., one daughter Lora Lee (Johnny) Walker of South Shore, KY., one brother Albert (Debra) Allard of South Shore, KY., two sisters Dianna (Kenny) Brown of Greenup, KY., and Debra (Emerson) Perkins of South Shore, KY., Several Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 2 P.M. Sunday, November 22, 2015 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Brother Alva Allard and Brother Gary Howell officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, South Shore, KY. Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday at 11 A.M. until the funeral hour. Military graveside rights will be presented by the James L.
