Obituary
Gary Dwayne Thompson, 56, of South Shore, KY., passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. He was born in Ashland, Ky., February 24, 1962 a son of Molly Hamilton Thompson and the late Gary Lee Thompson.
Along with his mother he is survived by three brothers Randy (Daisy) Thompson of Vanceburg, KY., Mark Thompson of South Shore, KY., and David (Karen) Thompson of Franklin Furnace, OH., several nieces, nephews, family and friends who will sadly miss him.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY with Brother Clayton Oliver, officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Branch Cemetery, Greenup, KY. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 till 8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour before service time on Thursday.
