Freda Mae Hall, 77, of Chillicothe, OH., passed away on January 10, 2025, at her residence after a long battle with health issues. She was born in Riggs, KY., on September 21, 1947, a daughter of the late Burbage and Ida Thorton Crider

On March 4, 1966, Freda married Walter D. Hall. Freda had two children Lucinda M. Delbert of Lancaster, OH., and the late Diana M. Lauerman; three grandchildren, Taylor M. Francis of Chillicothe, OH., Keegan D. Francis of Ashville, OH., Cassandra Hudnell of Chillicothe, OH., and several great-grandchildren.

Freda had several jobs in her lifetime, but the most memorable one was Deputy Sheriff for Ross County, Ohio. While there, she enjoyed the people she had come in contact with. She will be long remembered as a very special person.

Graveside services will be at MT Zion Cemetery in South Shore, KY., on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. Visitation for family and friends will be Friday at Roberson Funeral Home 400 Main Street South Shore, KY., from 11 A.M. until 1 P.M.
