Frank H. Potter “FH”, 69 of South Shore, KY, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born on May 18, 1956, in Fort Benning, GA, a son of the late Frank Potter and Hazel M. Montgomery Potter.

FH graduated from Greenup County High School in 1976. He proudly served his country in the United States Army for eight years. He formerly worked as a Lineman for Pike Electric, was a member of the Bee Club of Greenup County, enjoyed fishing, horses, and loved and was involved in Greenup County Sports. FH loved big and never left anyone without a smile and a hug.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by the love of his life, Carolyn Gordon; three brothers, Chuck Potter, Ben Potter, and Lonnie Potter; two sisters, Suprenia McKittrick and Iva Wireman.

Left behind to cherish his memory are one sister, Vera (Carlos) Isaac of Piketon, OH; one nephew; several nieces; cousins, aunts, and uncles; and several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services will be at 1 P.M. on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY, with Pastor Gary Arthurs officiating. Burial will follow at Siloam Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be on Saturday at the funeral home from 11 A.M. until the funeral hour.
