Obituary

Frances Laurine Cuff Riddle journeyed to be with her Lord, Sept. 6, 2016. Born, March 28, 1928 to Lloyd and Corine Cuff in Madison, TN. After attending Peabody College she completed Nursing School at Nashville General Hospital. There she met her husband, the late Dr. Billy Joe Riddle. They were married and moved to South Shore following completion of his residency in Detroit, MI. She is survived by her two daughters, Cherie Bartlett (Pat) and Karen Ward (Jeff), and three grandchildren, Capt. Nick Bartlett (Erica), Joe Bartlett, and Cassie Ward (fiancée Corey Lindner) and one great-grandchild, Finn Lindner, several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in South Shore. The family would like to give special thanks to the caregivers, for their generous love and dedication: Donna Horsley, Patty Vaughn, Marsha Floyd, Rachael Balestra and Molly Thompson. Funeral Services will be held at 1 P.M. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Sean Schroll, officiating. Burial will follow in MT. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 A.M. till the Funeral Hour at 1 P.M. In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to South Shore First United Methodist Church, PO Box 486, South Shore, Kentucky 41175, also Meals on Wheels of South Shore, PO Box 913, South Shore, Kentucky 41175.
