Frances Kay Lester, 71, of South Shore, KY., passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH., She was born August 20, 1944 a daughter of the late Simon  Leroy Sheets and Letta Hazel Henderson. Preceded in death by husbands Donald Franklin Bowling whom passed away November 15, 1983, Bernard Lester whom passed away May 11, 2004 and one sister Belle Spence. Frances is survived by one son David Bowling of South Portsmouth, KY., one brother Leroy Sheets JR., of Mount Liberty, OH., four sisters Shirley (Harry) Rowe of Silver Lake, IN., Connie (Claude) Moore of Greenup, KY., Judith (Ottie) Williams of Peebles, OH., and Cathy Porter of Apolio Beach, FL. Funeral Services will be 1 PM Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Rev. Alfred Moore JR officiating. Burial will follow in MT Zion Cemetery South Shore, KY.
