Florence Pearlene Hunt, 79 of Greenup, Kentucky went to be with her Lord, June 18, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born in Greenup County, Jan. 24, 1944, a daughter of the late Edgar Boggs and Hazel Caldwell Boggs.

Preceded in death by her husband, Forest E. Hunt, 1985, one brother, Finis Boggs, one sister, Martha Allen.

Surviving are two daughters, Nita Adkins of Lewis Center, Ohio, Angela Dawn Scott of Dayton, Ohio, one son, Forrest (Jerilyn) Hunt of Mcarthur, Ohio, brothers, William "Punk" Boggs of Flatwoods, Kentucky and Paul Boggs of Lloyd, Kentucky, grandchildren, Anna and Stephen Adkins.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at the Little Rosa Old Regular Baptist Church with brothers Gary Adkins, Gary Blevins and Darrel Kidd, officiating. Burial will follow in Nippert Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky.
