Emma “Jodie” Breen, 68, of Ashland, KY, passed away on Friday, August, 28, 2026, at Ashland Community Hospice in Ashland, KY. She was born in Frankfort, KY, on December 18, 1957, a daughter of the late Thomas Eugene and Margaret Ann Shields Claffey.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by one sister, Donna Stone.

Left behind to cherish her memory are two sons, Jason Christian of Flatwoods, KY, and Michael Breen of Elizabethtown, KY; two brothers, David Claffey of Ashland, KY, and John Stone of Fort Pierce, FL; along with four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

There will be a private Memorial Service at a later date. Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY, are caring for arrangements.
