Dwain F. Lanthorn, 57, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away Nov. 22, 2017 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, May 28, 1960, a son of Jean Elliot Lanthorn and the late Frank Lanthorn.

Surviving are his wife, Christine Lanthorn, four children, Jason Lanthorn, Jill Lanthorn, Caleb Lanthorn and Briann Carver, two sisters, Carol (Joe) Mauk of Greenup, Kentucky, Connie (Joe) Childers of Mansfield, Ohio, two brothers, Chuck (Carol) Lanthorn and Tim (Diana) Lanthorn both of South Shore, Kentucky. Three grandchildren, Mikayla Lanthorn, Darrick Lanthorn and McKenna Lanthorn.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Monday, Nov. 27, 2017 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Dr. Greg Hudson, officiating. Burial will follow in Brick Union Cemetery, Greenup, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 till 8 P.M. on Sunday, Nov. 26, 2017 and from 11 A.M. till the Funeral hour on Monday.
