Dorothy Mae Williams, 91, of Portsmouth, Ohio, a former South Shore, Kentucky residence, passed away, Nov. 16, 2016 at Hillview Retirement Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born July 12, 1925 in Fullerton, Kentucky, daughter of the late Arthur Carl Miller and Rose Lucille Hunt Miller, a 1944 Graduate of McKell High School, former employee of Montgomery Wards, Portsmouth, Ohio and a member of the South Shore Church of God. Preceded in death by her husbands, Allard Mercer and Paul Williams, one brother, Arthur Carl Miller, one sister, Katheryn Vanhoose. Surviving are one daughter, Rose Anne (Paul) Martin of Flat Rock, North Carolina, one sister, Thelma Mercer of Portsmouth, Ohio, two grandchildren, Paula Ray and Dwayne Martin, three great grandchildren, Ryan Oglesby, Alexander Ray and Lilyanna Ray. Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Acy Gibson, officiating. Burial will follow in MT. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016 from 6 till 8 P.M. and from 11 A.M. till the funeral hour on Sunday.
