Dorothy Jean Brown Tackett Fraley, 66, of Franklin Furnace, OH., went to be with her Lord Sunday, January 15, 2017 at her residence. She was born in Greenup County, KY., a daughter of the late Hardin and Maggie Yates Brown, the youngest of fourteen children. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by four sisters Lonia Blevins, Betty Broughtin, Pearl McKinsey and Bessie Holbrook, four brothers Frank, Arie, Doug and Ellis, mother and father in law Margaret and Frank Fraley and dear friend Vikki Bradford. Dorothy is survived by her husband of 45 years Steve Fraley, two sons Steve (Michelle) Fraley II of Portsmouth, OH., and Christopher (Misty) Fraley of Marion, OH., two daughters Beverly (Zane) Murray of Minford, OH., and Lori (Bill) Groves of Lucasville, OH., one sister Donna Bailey of South Shore, KY., three brothers Bill Brown, John B. Brown and Elmer Brown all of South Shore, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren Aliyah, Anne, Mariah, Lynzee and Sasha, several great grandchildren, one special niece Tina Carter, close friend Debbie Kester and many other nieces and nephews who will sadly miss her. Dorothy accepted Jesus when she was 28 years old and did her best to live a Christian life. She loved to give to others and would help anyone she could to make someone's day a little better. Dorothy loved her family dearly, was a great wife and mother, above all she loved her Lord. Now she will rest in the arms of God and Jesus and wait on our arrival. Her passing has left a void that can never be filled until we meet again in Heaven, we have lost a wonderful lady. Now god has a wonderful Angle. Until we meet again we love you, Your Husband and Family. Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Friday, Jan 20, 2017 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Elder Ezra Burton, officiating. Burial will follow in Brown Cemetery, Greenup, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 till 8 P.M. on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2017 and from 11 A.M. till the Funeral hour on Friday.
