Donald Crisp Sr., 78, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away Nov. 20, 2016 in Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born in Floyd County, Kentucky, Aug. 1, 1938, a son of the late Clyde Crisp and Alice Stevens Crisp. Don was a member of the Allen Chapel Church of Christ, South Shore, Kentucky, member of the Harrison Fullerton Masonic Lodge #937, South Shore, Kentucky, 32nd Degree Mason, Scottish Rights of Covington, Kentucky and a member of Eastern Star Chapter 427 of South Shore, Kentucky. Preceded in death by his wife, Violet Boggs Crisp, one daughter, Shelia Applegate. Surviving are his wife, Christine Mangus Crisp, one son, Donald Crisp Jr., one daughter, Nesba Lyons all of South Shore, Kentucky, two brothers, Robert Crisp and Tom Murphy both of South Shore, Kentucky, three sisters, Nesba Keibler of Portsmouth, Ohio, Shannon Hunt of Greenup, Kentucky and Phyllis Lybrook of South Shore, Kentucky, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 2 P.M. Friday, Nov. 25, 2016 at Siloam Cemetery with Pastor David Bentley, officiating. Masonic services and Eastern Star services will be held by Harrison Fullerton Lodge #937 and the Eastern Star Chapter 427.
