Donald E. Caseman, 85, of Portsmouth, OH., passed away Saturday, April 13, 2024 at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, OH. He was born in Vanceburg, KY., April 30, 1938 a son of the late Ancil and Nellie Waggle Caseman.

Donald was a United States Marine Corps Veteran and retired from C&O Railroad.

Along with is parents he is preceded in death by two daughters, Kimberly Bettis and Linda Walker; four sisters, Mary Stevens, Betty Kennedy, JoAnn Stone and Joyce Allen; three brothers, JR Caseman, Dick Caseman and Bob Caseman.

Left behind to cherish his memory are three sons, Donnie (Judy) Caseman of Portsmouth, OH., Steven (Stephanie) Caseman of Portsmouth, OH., and David (Becky) Caseman of Waverly, OH; fourteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several other family and friends who will sadly miss him.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Thursday, April 18, 2024 at High Praises Church of God 1712 Harrisonville AVE Portsmouth, OH., with Dean Thompson officiating. Visitation for the family and friends will be at the church Thursday from 11 A.M. until the funeral hour. Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., are caring for arrangements.
