Delores Stamper Turner, 89, of South Shore, KY, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 21, 2026, at Bridgeport Health Care in Portsmouth, OH. She was born in Carter County, KY, on April 24, 1937, a daughter of the late Walter and Nellie Bradford Stamper.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Turner; one brother, Charles Stamper; and one stepdaughter, Donna Howell.

Left behind to cherish her memory are one stepson, Bill (Donna) Turner; one stepson-in-law, Ed Howell; a good friend, Geneva Boswell; four grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services will be at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY, with Kenny Potter officiating. Burial will follow at Collier Memorial Gardens in South Portsmouth, KY. Visitation for family and friends will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1 P.M. until the service hour.
