Deborah (Debbie) Jarrells, 62, of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Dec. 17, 2018 in Southern Ohio medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in Portsmouth, July 16, 1956, a daughter of the late Paul Whisman and Darlene Horsley Conger.

Preceded in death by one brother, Dale R. Whisman and one sister, Pauletta M. Whisman.

Surviving are her husband, Franklin Wayne Jarrells, two daughters, Dana Whisman, Cassie D. Whisman, one sister, Tana (Jim) Cantrell, five grandchildren, Nicole, Jacob,Barbie, Isaiah and Pauletta, one great-grandchild, Draydon, many nieces and nephews.

Service with be held later at the convenience of the family. Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY are in charge of arrangements.
