David L. Lumpkins, 57, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away, March 1, 2022 in the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born in Portsmouth, Sept. 9, 1964, a son of the late Conley and Jean Greenslate Lumpkins. Dave was a avid hunter and fisherman.

Preceded in death besides his parents are one sister, Kathy Lumpkins.

Surviving are one son, Brandon Lumpkins of West Portsmouth, Ohio, one daughter, Haley Lumpkins of Minford, Ohio, one brother, Ricky Lumpkins of Greenup, Kentucky, four grandchildren, Zayden Lumpkins, Caleb Middleton, Xavior Runyon and Keighan Runyon.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
