Obituary
David Blankenship, 57, of South Portsmouth, Kentucky passed away, Jan. 5, 2020 in Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, March 3, 1962, a son of Irene Bailey Blankenship and the late Teddy Blankenship.
Surviving besides his mother are two sisters, Dana Pollock of South Shore, Kentucky, Sherri (Bob) Hurley of Wheelersburg, Ohio, three nieces, Nicole (Brandon) Coffee, Kylee (Eli) Duduit, Tara (Ryan) Hill, great nephew, Teddy Coffe and great niece, Tatum Hill.
Graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, January 13, 2020 at the Blankenship Cemetery, South Portsmouth, Kentucky with Eli Duduit, officiating.
