David E. Binion Jr, 51, of South Shore, Kentucky passed away, Nov. 15, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of Connie Sue Wells Howard and the late David E. Binion Sr. David was a graduate of Greenup County Highschool.

Preceded in death by his father, David E. Binion Sr., grandparents, Ed and Myrtle Binion, Lacy and Aileen Wells.

Surviving are his mother, Connie Sue Wells Howard of Greenup, Kentucky, brothers, Raymond Howard of Wheelersburg, Ohio, Lonnie Howard of Springfield, Ohio, sister, Sophia Hunt of Greenup, Kentucky, nephew, Alex Howard, several nephews, nieces, aunts uncles and extended family and friends.

Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Bob Thompson, officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12 noon till the service hour at 1 p.m.
