Connie Jane Viars Snyder, 76, of South Shore, KY., went to be with her Lord Monday, August 18, 2025. She was born in Portsmouth, OH., on October 28, 1948, a daughter of the late Virgil and Maxine Brumfield Viars.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Snyder.

Connie was a retired LPN from Mercy Hospital, Hill View Retirement, and Dr Pettit's office. She was a member of the Nauvoo Methodist Church and was an active part of her late husband's ministry.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her late husband's children, Helen Snyder, Gene (Lorraine) Snyder, James (Anne) Snyder, and Carol (Roger) Flowers; nine grandchildren, Marta, Mike, Melanie, Beth, Daphne, Doug, Eva, Shawn, and Jeremy; the sister of her heart, Sue Davis; several great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, a host of cousins and other family members who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with pastor Pete Shaffer officiating. Burial will follow at MT Zion Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation will be at the funeral home from noon until the funeral hour.
