Clara Faye McCleese, 66, of Portsmouth, Ohio went to be with her lord April 10, 2015 in Southern Ohio Medical Center Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in Dayton, Ohio, February 15, 1949, a daughter Lola Hardin Anderson and the late Kenneth Preston Anderson and attended God of Prophecy in New Boston, Ohio. She was a loving mother and a caring person to everyone who knew her. Surviving are two sons, Kenneth Mitchell McCleese and Michael Darrell McCleese both of Portsmouth, Ohio, mother, Lola Anderson of Portsmouth, Ohio , one brother, Dwight Richard "Janet" Anderson of Ann Arbor, Michigan, five sisters, Dora Bell Potter of KY, Fern E. "Joe" Carr of Texas, Bonnie Kelly of Ohio, Cheryl "Jeffrey" Cole of Michigan and Rosemary Blair of Ohio. One granddaughter, Audrey Adams and two great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband Mitchell Dale McCleese, one sister, Connie Sue Duncan. Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Monday, April 13, 2015 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Charles Mallory, officiating. Burial will follow in MT. Zion Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky.
