Christine Schmitz Seboek, 93, of Franklin Furnace, OH., went to be with her Lord August 23, 2014 in Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH., She was born in Bonn/Rhine, Germany a daughter of the late Heinrich Schmitz and Christina Klems Schmitz. She was a retired Nurse from the former Mercy Hospital and Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH., and she was of the Catholic Faith. Surviving are two daughters, Sylvia Seboek of Flatwoods, KY., and Sonia Alexander of Boca Raton, Fl., one son Teno Schmitz of McDermott, OH., one brother Erich Iltgen of Dresden, Germany, four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Preceded in death by one brother Otto Iltgen and one sister Adelheid Tieftrunk. Funeral Services will be 11 A.M. Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Rev. Norman Potter, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, in South Shore, KY.
