Charlotte E. VanBibber, 93, went to be with her Lord, Sept. 29, 2016 at Oakmont Manor in Flatwoods, Kentucky. She was born July 8, 1923 in South Portsmouth, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Charles Reeder and Amy Osborne Reeder.  Charlotte was a homemaker and a member of the South Portsmouth Church of Christ for years. Mrs. VanBibber is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Wesley VanBibber, one sister Bonnie Cade, one brother, Harold Reeder. Surviving are two daughters, Karen (Jeffery) Walburn of Greenup, Kentucky, Lea Ann VanBibber of Ashland, Kentucky, one brother, James (Beverly) Reeder of South Portsmouth, Kentucky, one grandson, Nicholas (Carrie) Walburn, two great-grandchildren, Fiona Walburn and Evan Walburn. Funeral services will be held 1 pm, Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Brother Steve Falls officiating. Burial will follow in Siloam Cemetery, South Shore, Kentucky. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 10 am till the Funeral hour on Friday, Oct. 7, 2016.
