Charles "Chazz" Kelley Jr., 40 of West Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away June 6, 2023 in SOMC in Portsmouth, Ohio. He was born in Portsmouth, Oct. 15, 1982, a son of Audrey Hayslip Cooper and Charles David Kelley Sr. Chazz was a graduate of the Greenup County High School.

Surviving are his parents, Audrey Cooper of West Portsmouth, Ohio, father, David (Denedia) Kelley of Port St. Lucie, Florida, sister, Julie (Bubba Collier) Bender of West Portsmouth, Ohio, best friend, Michael Bowling, nieces, Alexis (Justin White) Stapleton, Haley (Sully Paishon) Stapleton, great nieces and nephews, Madelyn Paishon, Joseph Zapf, Bryson White, Brooklynne White and Alayah White, many extended family and friends who will miss him.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 9, 2023 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Pastor Ralph Hayslip, officiating. Burial will follow in the Collier Memorial Gardens, South Portsmouth, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. till the service hour at 1 p.m. on Friday.
