Brenda Fay Mullins, 66 of Portsmouth, Ohio, passed away Oct. 28, 2022 in SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth, Ohio. She was born in Portsmouth, Jan. 17, 1956, a daughter of the late Marlin Mullins and Floella Wolfenbarger Mullins. Brenda was a 1975 graduate of the Lewis County High School, attended the University of Kentucky and graduated from Shawnee State University as a R.N.

Surviving are two brothers, Jeff (Dodie) Mullins of Portsmouth, Ohio, Gary (Connie) Mullins of Portsmouth, Ohio, two sisters, Betty (Tim) Davis of Quincy, Kentucky, Glenda (Keith) Welch of Quincy, Kentucky, half-brother, Johnny (Rachel) Mullins, half-sisters, Tonya (Carl) McGlone, Michelle (Randy) Wells, Cheryl (Cecil) Horsley, three special friends, Cindy Oaks, Lana Perry and Rosie Brown, several nieces, nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022 at the Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with John Lewis, officiating. Burial will follow in Collier Memorial Gardens, South Portsmouth, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. till the service hour at 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
