Betty Lou Wireman, 78, of Greenup, Kentucky passed away, May 10, 2015 at her son's residence in Greenup, Kentucky. She was born in Ashland, Kentucky, March 6, 1937, a daughter of the late Edgar Ratliff and Gladys Traylor Ratliff. Surviving are three sons, Gary Ray Wireman of Greenup, Kentucky, Curtis Lee Wireman of Jesup, Georgia, Douglas Eugene Wireman of Wheelersburg, Ohio, thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, Russell R. Wireman, March 21, 2001, one son Gregory "Obie" Wireman, three brothers, Estil Ratliff, George L Ratliff and Brit Ratliff, one sister, Margie Henke. Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Friday, May 15, 2015 at The Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky with Rev. Kenneth Martin and Rev. Owen Applegate, officiating. Burial will follow in Brick Union Cemetery, Greenup, Kentucky. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 till 8 P.M. on Thursday, May 9, 2015 and from 11 a.m. till the funeral hour on Friday.
