Obituary
Bertha Roe, 82, of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away, Sept. 10, 2021 in River Run Health Care in Portsmouth. She was born in Greenup County, Kentucky, Nov. 24, 1938, a daughter of the late William Riggs and Ruth Marie Vest Riggs.
Surviving are one son, two daughters, one brother, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and extended family.
Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 13, 2021 at the Firebrick Cemetery, Firebrick, Kentucky.
