Barbara Dean Combs, 60, of Delphos, OH., a former resident of South Shore, KY., passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018. She was born in Portsmouth, OH., July 12, 1958 a daughter of the late Jimmie Dale Potter SR. and Mary Darlene Brown Potter.

Barb had a passion for St. Bernard dogs. She has owned St Bernard's since she was 18 years old, she took up dog shows through the AKC and has confirmed her dog Samson to Bronze Champion level. Barb was a member of the St. Bernard club of Ohio and St. Bernard Club of America.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband Richard Jay Combs whom she married July 19, 1980, one daughter Amber Combs Richardson of Lima, OH., two brothers Jimmie Dale Potter JR and Jerry Potter both of Maloneton, KY., one sister Debbie "Keith" Ison of Greenup, KY. Along with a host of family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral Services will be 1 P.M. Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at the Roberson Funeral Home 400 Main Street South Shore, KY. 41175, with Elder Keith Ison and Pastor Russell Lowell Branham officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Friends may call at the Roberson Funeral Home Monday, October 8, 2018 from 6 P.M. until 9 P.M. and from 11 A.M. on Tuesday until the Funeral hour.
