Anna Louise Stevenson Evans, 87, of Portsmouth, OH., formerly of South Portsmouth, KY., went to be with her Lord Friday, December 22, 2023 at Best Care Health & Rehab in Wheelersburg, OH. She was born September 10, 1936 in South Portsmouth, KY., a daughter of the late Homer and Minnie Webb Stevenson.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Evans; one son, Scott Stevenson; seven sisters and five brothers.

Anna retired from Kmart department store and was a member of the Lloyd Baptist Church.

Left behind to cherish her memory are two sons, Keith (Mary) Stevenson formerly of South Shore, KY., and Tim Stevenson of Louisville, KY; three grandchildren, Jerrod Stevenson, Keith Stevenson and Rochelle Stevenson; three great-grandchildren and several other family and friends who will sadly miss her.

Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at Roberson Funeral Home in South Shore, KY., with Russ Foster officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in South Shore, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday at the funeral home from 12 P.M. until the funeral hour.
